It's The End Of The World (As We Know It): R.I.P.

Bella's eyes were filled with pain as she watched Kyira cut her wrist, "P-Please don't d-do that... Z-Zane isn't worth y-you hurting y-yourself." she coughed up more blood and wiped her chin.

"No he isn't, but I need a reaction from him. To see if he cares at least. You should be able to go out in about 10 minutes."
Kyira took Bella's bloody clothes and washed them while her wound healed. She dried them and re clothed Bella.
"Alright, let's go back out there."
Kyira left her arm uncleaned as she helped Bella walk out.

Bio: Lonewolf would be the best word to describe him. After all, he was abandoned as soon as he could walk. As for why, well, what parent wouldn't get a bit freaked out when a baby is playing with fire, especially when the fire comes from the baby's body... His looks didn't so much help his case. It wasn't that he was hard on the eyes or anything, in fact he was the opposite; tall, muscular, and, so he had been told anyway, very handsome. What was odd about him was his, well basically his whole head and his fingers. His hair, a little long, was a watery silver color. His eyes, a powerful golden yellow that almost glowed. And his teeth... well let's just say you don't want to mess with them. There is a reason why 'wolf' is a word used to describe him. As for his fingers, well it's mostly his nails, which would be better classified as claws. they extend about an inch from his fingertip and are very sharp. Living on the streets his whole life, he has become rather cold and untrusting. Though he is actually nice and a little hyper around those he considers his friends, who currently are none.
Power: Although he looks like a wolf, and tends to be as ferocious as one, his actual power is the creating and controling of fire. The main problem with this 'gift' is that he tends to lose control of it when he gets really hurt or when he gets exceedingly angry.

Jason was breathing hard. What was left of his black muscle shirt was just shreds. his pants, black also, were the only parts of his clothing that was still in tact. He had just gotten out of a fight with one of the beasts that now inhabited the earth. he had won, but, not without suffering for it. His back was clawed up pretty bad, as was his arms. His blood dripped on the ground as he walked, leaving a bloody trail behind him. he looked up at the ruins of the department store. Well, I need a new shirt anyway, so I guess I get to explore He slowly made his way inside, alert for any more beasts. If I get attacked again i'm in trouble In his injured state, he wouldn't be much of a fight.

Bella pushed away from Kyira, "J-Just give me a minute, OK?" She limped to the store entrance and let the outside air blow in her face. There was still a pretty big hole in the front of her shirt from where she had fallen on the knife, but her body was almost done healing now. She was going to need something to eat soon, or else risk passing out again.

Jason slowly pushed open a door, falling inside. If he had been paying attention, he would have noticed the girl he had almost fallen on as he got inside. he stayed down, breathing heavily. his whole body was aching. he could hardly remember the last time he had slept right. usually he was too fearfull of an attack to even consider it. His body was finally forcing him to stop moving and rest. though considering where he was, and that his blood was still slowly oozing from his injuries, he would likely just be food for the beasties unless he was moved.

Bella saw the boy come in and lifted him up, using herself as a crutch for him, "Whoa now, careful. Are you ok?" She was tiny, but strong. All of the people left on earth were strong. She pulled him over into a furniture store and sat him on a couch. "Just take it easy, ok?"

Jason rolled his eyes. Not like I have much choice. He felt his ribs. "Two cracked ribs...." he muttered to himself. He closed his eyes. He looked like he was in pretty bad shape. most of his torso was covered in deep gashes. he pulled the remaining shreds of his shirt off and sat up. he looked up at the girl for the first time. "I guess I'm not the only Human still alive on this dying world" he said.

"Nope. And there are..." She counted out on her fingers, "me, Marcello, Zane, Kyira, Vann, and some other girl that Zane just met in here alone." She smiled pleasantly, now fully healed. Her stomach growled so loudly that it could be heard outside of her body, "Whoops! I guess I'm hungry. I think there is some more food left in the food court... Want me to bring you something?" She smiled kindly, eager to help this boy, whoever he was. She hoped he didn't notice the huge hole in the front of her shirt, but then again, how could he not notice it?

"I see there are a few still alive. and here I was thinking I was the last survivor." he said. he hadn't noticed the hole in her shirt until her stomach growled. He looked at it. "what happened to you? a beastie take a little nip at you?" he asked smirking a small bit even though he was still hurting. "as for food, don't worry about me. I don't think i'll last too much longer at the rate i'm going." he said sighing a small bit. sure he was hungry, but in every fight he was getting hurt worse and worse. he didn't want food wasted on him when he probably wouldn't be alive long enough for it to digest.

"No, I fell on a knife a few minutes ago." She said casually, "And I don't care what you say, you aren't dying yet." she pulled back her sleeve and held up her arm, "This is going to sound really weird, but you have to trust me; I want you to bite me. Just bite down hard on my arm. I mean it."

"I'm not sure how you fell on a knife and survived but oh well" he muttered. when he heard what she said about biting he rolled his eyes. "Just because I look like a wolf doesn't mean i bite. I don't bite humans, let alone girls, i'm not a vampire either if that's what you thought" he said looking away. he wasn't about to hurt a girl who was trying to help him.

"I never said you were." She seemed a bit confused, "I'm just saying that there are microbes in my blood that heal pretty much anything. That was how I survived when I fell on the knife. The beasts can't kill me, I can't kill myself... the only thing that kills me is if someone murders me." she nodded toward her arm, "So, bite me."

"sorry but I'd rather die then drink blood like that." he said looking away. "I heal fast enough on my own so don't worry about it." he said. It was a moral issue of his. He refused to drink the blood of anything, and he only bit when absolutely necessary. He started to yawn, rather tired from the day's events.

Bella growled and bit into her own arm with enough force to cut clean to the bone, "I'm going to help you weather you are willing to let me or not." She held it out, "Now, please. I don't like seeing people in pain, Mr..."

"my name is Jason Amaroq. you never told me your name?" he said watching her. he looked at her bleeding arm and sighed. against his will he licked tentatively at the blood. So much like a wolf he even acted like one at times... Even though he hated to admit it, her blood was good. he licked at it slowly, trying to stop her arm from bleeding more. At the back of his mind he had a feeling that if any of her friends saw this that they would get the wrong impression and just hurt him worse.

"Bella. Bella Strauss." She said slowly, watching his body heal itself. Her arm too about a minute or so to heal itself back up, not even leaving a scar where she had bit it. "See? Not so bad." She smiled and stood, then collapsed on the ground.

Jason's eyes widened as she collapsed. what the hell just happened?!? He bent down and picked her up with a surprizing gentleness one wouldn't have expected from him. he set her down on the couch where he had been. he lightly pushed the hair from her eyes, wondering why she had passed out like that. He didn't realize that if her friend Marcello stumbled upon them that this would probably get rather ugly, considering he wore no shirt now due to his old one being shredded, and that she was seemigly unconscious.

Bella took a few seconds to wake back up, "Hmm... oh!" She sat up slowly, "Sorry... Um... when I heal myself, it kind is hard on my energy. Normally, that would have only taken a little, but I had only just finished recovering from the whole knife thing." She sighed and ran her fingers through her hair, "Sorry if I worried you."

Jason sighed relieved. He didn't want the first human he had met in a long time to die on him. He managed to smile a bit at her. "it's alright. you're alive so that's all that matters" he said sitting next to her on the couch. "so am I right to assume you live around here?" he asked. He himself didn't live anywhere.

Bella nodded, "Yah. I'm staying with Kyira because she doesn't think I can stay alive on my own." She sighed, "How was it she said it? Oh yah, 'I can't trust her alone'." Bella crossed her arms over her chest in a bit of a typical teenage put stance.

Jason chuckled. "well at least you have friends around here that care for you" he said looking away before sadness overtook his eyes. he had no one. the only friends he had died during the earthquakes. He was quite literally alone in this dying world. He only stayed alive to prove he could survive. he had no purpose.

"I don't know why she does that. I think she merely delights in making others miserable. Like, my friend Zane? He saw some girl in front of Hot Topic that he liked and she threw him into a sign. And they aren't even dating! She's two years older than him! Pedophile..." she linked, "Oh! Sorry if I am rambling on you. I sort of do that some times." Her stomach growled again, "Whoops. I better eat. You want something?"

Jason smiled at her. "i don't mind rambling. it beats silence any day." he said. he heard her stomach and was about to say he didn't want anything when his stomach gave a very loud rumble. he shook his head. "my stomach has a mind of it's own sometimes" he muttered.
