Bio: Marcello and his younger brother, Zane lived together on the streets as pick-pockets until they met Isabella and Kyira while trying to steal a bag from Bella. Bella insisted that Kyira was not to hurt them and the four have been best friends ever since. Marcello has a HUGE crush on Bella, even though it is so obvious and Bella is so naive that everyone knows her likes her except for Bella herself.
Power: Marcello has a pair of white angel wings tattooed on his back that can turn into real wings that he can fly with.

Bio: Zane and his older brother, Marcello, were a pick-pocketing team until they met Bella and Kyira while trying to swipe a bag from Bella. Bella talked Kyira into not killing the two of them and they have been inseparable ever since. Zane dated Kyira a few years ago and things between them are still sort of awkward.
Power: Zane has black angel wings tattooed on his back that can turn into real wings that he can fly with.

Zane laughed at Bella, whom he regarded as a little sister (even though she was older than he), bent down, and threw his arms around her in a brotherly hug. He stood, lifting her small body off the ground and spun her around. When he sat her down, Bella ran over and threw her arms around Marcello. "How did you find us?" she said, grinning from ear to ear.
"We flew around until we smelled hot dogs." Zane said and made a fake gagging noise, "I can smell it when my little sister is cooking dead things."
Marcello laughed at Zane's vegan joke. Zane had been eating with a vegan diet for years now. "Actually, we were following some sort of giant lizard. Zane killed two of them and I was going to try and finish off the third."
"Kyira beat you to it." Bella giggled, "Come see!" She took Zane and Marcello by the hand and led them into the food court where the lizard thing was still spinning in the air.
Zane cast Marcello a look that said, You know you are enjoying this.

Kyira got a sly look on her faced and slung the lizard across the mall, throwing it head first into the door of a JC Penny's.
"Hello boys, how are you today?"

"Doing well, and yourself?" Marcello offered her a graceful bow from the waist, not removing his hand from Bella's.
Zane rolled his eyes, sliding his hand out of Bella's and thinking clearly so Kyira could get a better view inside his head, He's hopeless, isn't he?
Bella almost seemed to be bouncing with excitement over seeing Zane and Marcello. Her own thoughts wondered about what Marcello was thinking and if that sly smile he was giving her meant that he liked her, or was it just a brother-sister affection.

Kyira laughed at Zane and gave him a hug.
"yes he is."
Kyira winked at Bella, giving her a heads up that Marcello did like her, and a lot more than she would have thought.

Marcello looked t Kyira, not exactly sure what she was talking about, though it was clear that it pained him to take his gaze off of Bella. Bella, didn't seem to quite get what the wink meant, and just cast Kyira a confused look of her own. Zane just laughed, covered Bella and Marcello's eyes and made a face that looked like kissing the air.
"Hey!" Bella giggled and tore Zane's hand off her face, "What was that for?"

Kyira laughed and let go off Zane.
"Nothing Bella, nothing."
Kyira looked at Zane and mentally sighed. If only I could hear what he thought about me.

Bella pursed her lips in aggravation and Marcello's eyes became frantic, Oh, please don't tell her!
Zane laughed out loud and leaned against Marcello, "So what have you girls been up to? We saw a ton of blood by the library. Care to tell us what the heck you were doing, Bella?" His eyes were hard, expecting a quick answer.
Bella bit her bottom lip and looked toward Kyira. I'm not going to explain if I don't have to. I don't know if they'll get it.

"Well, I was trying to climb the wall of the library, when a nail scratched me."
Kyira lifted her pants leg and revealed an barely healed scratched mark.
"Hurt like a bugger too."

Zane raised an eyebrow skeptically, "I don't believe you. Bella, please tell me you haven't started back up with... that again?"
Bella turned bright red and Zane put one arm on each of her shoulder, "Bella!"
Bella cast her gaze downward with the look of someone who had been caught in the act of some sort of crime. "I-I'm sorry... I-It's just that..." she buried her face in Zane's shirt as her chest rose and fell in short, uneven movements. The muffled sound of sobbing was heard.
Marcello put a hand on her back, "Bella, we only say this because we care: you know that, right?"
Bella nodded, still sobbing, and leaned onto Marcello's shirt. Her face was buried in his chest, so she didn't catch the bright crimson blush in his cheeks.

"Will you two boys cut it out already? Sheesh. I'm going to lay everything out here on the table, so you will stop worrying. Bella can't commit suicide or hurt herself, only someone else can. I can read your minds and lift you up and move you, telepathy. And, for the fun of it, I'm going to lay feelings out there too. Marcello, Bella, you two like each other, end of story, so stop acting like love sick school kids. Zane, you...kid, you have a horrible way of hiding what you feel too."
Kyira walked up and whispered "I like you too" in his ear with a quick peck on his cheeck, before she stepped back to see everyone's faces.

Bella was still crying softly in Marcello's shirt. She had sort of blocked out what Kyira was saying and hadn't really heard it. Zane turned a shade of red to rival a tomato and had the same dumbfounded expression on his face as his brother. Their thoughts were all a big, jumbled heap. Like a bunch of people all whispering in a room all at once so that no one voice was distinguishable.

Kyira laughed as she grabbed Bella and walked towards the bathroom.
"You'll thank me for that later Bella."
She had one arm around Bella's waist, supporting her while she cried.

Bella was still sobbing lightly, "F-for what?" She sniffed once and wiped her eyes. When they got to the bathroom, Bella looked at her face in the mirror. She began wiping off her smeared mascara, "Oh. This. Thanks." She sniffed again and went int o one of the stalls to alleviate herself.

"This and the fact that those two still haven't recovered from their shock. Zane's mumbling and Marcello is going 'Oh man, Oh man, Oh man', it's kind of giving me a headache"
Kyira rubbed her temples.

Adrian looked up from the magazine she was reading.
Voices? Here? I thought I ws the only one left!
She walked to the doorway of the Hot Topic store she had been living in since her house had been destroyed. She saw two guys, one about her age, one a little older, standing together, apparently waiting for something, or someone.

Bella nodded and sniffled a little, finishing up with her business, "Well, it would appear as though I had made a fool out of myself, yet again." She sighed and leaned against the door to the stall once she got out. She looked into the mirror as her eyes rolled back in her head and she sank to the floor.

Zane rocked back and forth from one foot to the other, watching Marcello argue to himself, "Do you think she heard Kyira? Well, of course she did... But what do you think she's thinking about? Gahh! I hate this!" Marcello huffed and sat down on a bench by the fountain in the middle, which looked as if it had stopped running ages ago.
Zane heard breathing from behind him and turned, locking eyes with a think, black haired girl. Wow... She's really pretty...

Kyira rushed over to Bella, picked her up and sprinted out of the bathroom.
"Zane, Marc-"
Kyira heard another voice and stopped dead in her tracks. A low snarl ripped through her throat.
"ZANE!!! MARCELLO!!! Get your butts over here RIGHT NOW!" Kyira nearly shrieked.

Marcello ran straight over, but Zane didn't move. He was in a bit of a trance, refusing to tear his gaze from the girl he had just seen come out of the Hot Topic. Marcello saw Bella draped over Kyira's shoulder, "What happened?" He lifted Bella off of Kyira's shoulder and laid her on his lap across the bench by the fountain, fanning her with his hand. "Did she just pass out or what?" he heard Kyira snarl, "Wha-" His eyes followed hers to Zane, "Oh... competition." He smiled slightly and continued attending to Bella.

Kyira lifted Bella with her telepathy into the Bed, Bath & Beyond, laying her gently onto the bed. Then she lifted Zane up and smashed him into the food courts sign.
"Utter abomination..."
Kyira then sucked in a deep breath and went into the jewelry store to smash some glass.

Zane sighed and lifted himself out of the sign. His back felt a little sore, so he thought he might need to check his wings, forgetting about the girl for a brief second. Only after his huge, feathery, black wings had ripped through the back of the shirt did he remember her. He blushed a bright crimson and, after flexing his wings a few times, pulled them back in. There was no visible reminder of the wings except a tattoo of black angel wings on his back. He waled past her into the hot topic and began searching for a new shirt.

Bella woke slowly, "Hm..?" her eyes widened when she saw Marcello, "Oh! Er... Sorry... Um...." She blushed bright red and ran into a bookstore to hide behind a particularly large shelf of Twilight memorabilia.

Kyira started smashing glass, and found a small ring the caught her eye. She lifted it up and examined it. She put it in her pocket and walked to the Hot Topic, ignoring the girl and unaware that Zane was in there. She walked past him, without seeing him, into one of the clothing racks. She sat cross legged and began to cry silently. She hated this new world. She hated it with a passion.

Zane was walking out from behind a shelf of t-shirts, sliding on one with an AFI logo plastered to the front when he saw Kyira. He quickly ran out, not wanting to upset her further. He saw the girl standing there and blushed, "Um... hey." He waved a little at her, his black eyes catching the red glow of the neon in the Hot Topic sign.

Bella stayed hidden behind the shelf, covering her hot, bright red cheeks with her hands. Oh my gosh... What if he thinks I'm a wimp? I mean, I can't help it! Healing always makes me a little weak for a few minutes...
Marcello walked into the bookstore, "Bella? Bella?" He called, looking behind every shelf as he called her name.
