It's The End Of The World (As We Know It): R.I.P.

"Oh man, I hope he'll be ok. I don't want to see anyone else die."
Adrian nervously chewed on the nails on her right hand, a habit she normally scolded herself for.

Zane nodded nervously, "I do too. But, if I know Bella, she'll figure out something to make it better. It's sort of a talent of hers."
Meanwhile, Bella's arm had healed itself back, and despite her stomach growling like a bear who had been woken up form hibernation a month early, continued to sit by Jason, gently stroking his forehead.
Marcello's thoughts were ones of pure jealousy of Jason's getting attention from Bella.

Kyira laughed and patted Marcello's arm.
"She likes you better" Kyira whispered in his ear.

Marcello laughed rather loudly, and Bella looked up, a confused expression furrowing her brow. Marcello just ran his hand down her arm, "Never mind it, Bella. Kyira is just making jokes."

Adrian looked at the group nervously. She felt like an outsider. Everyone here knew each other, and she only sort of knew Zane and Bella. Slowly, she walked towards the small crowd around, and stood awkwardly beside them.

Kyira rolled her eyes and mutter "Jokes my butt..."
She stood and gave Bella a look saying, He likes you too dumbie, tell him already!

Bella didn't say anything, still gently stroking Jason's forehead, looking something like a mother caring for a child. She sniffed and rubbed a tear off her cheek, before it rolled off her hand and onto Jason's face. She wiped it off, and continued to sit next to him, Marcello still looking incredibly jealous.
Zane followed Adrian, smiling sort of awkwardly at her, but it was a cute smile, nonetheless. Then, he turned to Bella, "Bella, I can hear your stomach rumbling from here. Do you want me to get you something to eat?"
Bella nodded slightly, not looking up.

Slowly Jason's heartbeat gained strength, and his breathing returned as well. Just as Bella was wiping the tear off of his face his eyes slowly opened up and he looked at her, seeming as though he was half asleep. "Did I die?" he asked very quietly. He was still slightly delerious from the poison, so at the moment he mistook Bella for an angel.

Bella smiled brightly and wrapped her arms around his head, "No, silly! Why would you think that?" She smiled, a tear still lingering on her cheek.
Marcello put a hand on her shoulder, smiling with her, "Welcome back."

Jason smiled a bit when she hugged his head. he wanted to say why he thought he had died but he felt it would sound rather corny if he did. I thought you were an angel... He just smiled, not voicing what he had thought. He nodded acknowledging marcello's comment. He didn't fail to notice the tear on Bella's cheek. He slowly reached up and wiped it away gently. He wondered why she had been crying at all.

Kyira stood, with her hands on her hips looking up. It was getting slightly colder.
"Bella, you're still coming to live with me right?"

Bella nodded, "Unless you don't want me to, then yes. If you'd rather me just go somewhere else, I think I might stay the night with Adrian or Zane and Marcello." She smiled, still on cloud nine now that she was sure Jason was still alive.
Please tell her to stay with us. Marcello's thoughts begged. The thought of Bella staying at their house was overjoying him.
Zane smiled, "Well, Bella, I think I might see if Adrian wants to stay with us anyway. So, if Kyira would rather you stay somewhere else, then it looks like you either have that option, or stay with Jason, or just stay alone. And with your luck, staying alone isn't a good option."

Jason slowly pushed himself ot a sitting position. he was still pretty darn sore. He was definately a lot better off then he had been. He stayed a little close to bella. Twice now she has saved my life... he knew he owed her his life now. How can i ever repay her?

Bella smiled at Jason, her whole face lifting up. She was still glad that everyone was alright. She didn't even seem to realize that she had saved anyone. She hugged Jason, then Marcello, then Zane and Adrian at the same time. "I'm still just glad everyone is alright!"

Jason chuckled. "either i have nine lives or i have an angel watching over me" he said, watching bella as he said this. He looked up through the skylight at the darkening sky. His thoughts turned to where he would stay for the night, and also to getting a shirt which he still currently lacked.

Adrian smiled bigger than ever. " Oh, thak you! I'd love to stay with you! That store gets so cold at night..."
She hugged Zane and said thank you several more times.

"Of course I want you to stay with me. Heck you all could. My house is huge! It has like 5 bedrooms. One has 2 beds in it."
Kyira grinned and looked at Vann.
"Of course you're more than welcome as well Vann."

Zane laughed, "It's no problem, Adrian."
After Kyira said that they could all stay at her house, Zane smiled even brighter, "I could fly you there, if you want."
Bella smiled and nodded, "That would be great! And it would be a lot safer if we were all together."
Marcello nodded in agreement.

Jason heard what she said, about them staying together. He shook his head and before anyone looked back at him he was already gone, moving to another part of the store. they wouldn't understand. i'm not safe to keep around, especially when i'm asleep... He sighed, regretting that he couldn't stay with them, but it was for their own good. he dissappeared into the bed bath and beyond to look for some blankets and pillows he could use for the night.

"It's on the south side. I haven't seen any...odd creatures down there."
Kyira sat back down and counted the people, realizing one would have to either go find a bed and bring it to the condo...or sleep on the couch.
"Who likes couches?"

Bella suddenly noticed that Jason was gone, "I'll be right back. Don't wait on me."
Marcello had every intention of waiting anyway, but didn't say anything as Bella headed off to find Jason.
"Jason! Jason!" She called, then froze in place as one of the large red lizards came out of one of the stores, snarling at her.

Jason heard the snarling and dropped the clothes and blankets he was carrying. he ran out of the store and didn't slow once he saw the lizard. "Leave her alone!" he roared as he lunged at the beast, taking it by surprize and slamming it hard into a wall.

Bella jumped a little when Jason jumped out of nowhere. "Be careful!" She shouted, cautious not to get to close so she wouldn't get in the way, even though she was eager to punch that thing in the mouth.

Jason's eyes glowed red and he tensed up. as his anger flared so did his fire. an explosion errupted from Jason's body and the force of it knocked bella back a good ten feet. Jason landed on the ground panting, on his hands and knees gasping for breath. using that much firepower took a big toll on his strength.

Bella healed from the blast in a matter of seconds, then ran over to Jason, "Are you alright?" she asked, her voice shaking with concern. She was ready to cut her arm open again if he needed it.
