Jason kneeled as he felt his body push closer to her. Tears dripped from his eyes and he wiped his face trying to hide it. He lightly kissed her. "i'm sorry" he murmured before punching her hard in the ribs as she fell still. He slowly rose to his feet, tears still running down his face.

Cirque applauded lightly, "Very good."
Kalvin held his breath as Cirque froze, her face twitching lightly.

"You're gonna pay for that..." Kalvin said between his gritted teeth. It was easy for him to grow close to people; he could hear their every thought. But with Bella, she somehow always was so hopeful and cheerful... To have a light like that extinguished so quickly...

At this point, Adrian's chair had broken. The restraints, not so much, but he had shattered and was squirming on the ground towards Bella, Cirque, and Jason, muttering muffled sobs and incoherent babbeling.

Kalvin closed his eyes tightly, Cirque picking up her cane.

Right as Cirque rose a clawed hand burst from her chest. Jason was standing behind her, eyes blood red. "I told you I would win" he hissed in her ear. he threw her to th ground with that hole in her chest, her blood running down jason's arm.

Kalvin exhaled, "Sorry. I had to work hard to get in there."

Jason smiled at him a bit. "better late than never. I'm just glad you distracted her. I take it my acting was really good?" He asked looking at Adrain. He knew Kalvin probably knew everything by now.

Jason walked over to zane and unpinned him. "you cn fill adrian in about the little trick I pulled" He said nodding to Kalvin as he dissappeared out of the main area.

Zane cried out, clenching his fists as he was freed. He exhaled, trying to calm himself, pulling his wings back in.
"Bella isn't dead." Kalvin explained, "But she is hurt, so we need to get her out of here. Now."

Jason came back out a minute later, leading Electrique by the hand and carrying an unconscious Janzelle in his other arm. he looked at Kalvin. "you need to do a bit of fixing with Jan... her brain is pretty much fried." he said. "she didn't even recognize me as more than food"

Kalvin nodded, "The after effects of a mind-worm. I can't do it here, though. Cirque's demons should be back soon." he looked over at Elle, "Who is this?"
"Electriq. You can just call me Elle."

Jason nodded. "she's the reason I escaped. Without her I wouldn't have gotten out of my cage" he said. "we can trust her"

Soon, they were back to the barn. Kalvin sat Bella down on a haystack, muttering something about not being the best healer.

Jason sighed. "just fix janzelle. I'll make sure bella gets better" he said producing his herbs yet again as he set to work.

Elle sat next to Bella, putting her hands out in front of her as she did when she got Jason out of the cage, a sort of wave passing over Bella's body, healing the wounds as it passed them.
