Vampire Diary Ch 6: Cirque Demonic

She nodded, "Tell me about them."

"bella is a human, adrian and janzelle are sibling vampires, zane is a sort of angel, kyira and kalvin have this telekenetic thing" he said not really sure how to describe it. "I just hope they're alright" he said sighing. "the bella and Janzelle weren't tied up with the rest of us. She said she was keeping them entertained" he said.

"Not good. She's probably going to make them the centerpiece of the show." Electriq frowned.

"what show?" Jason asked quickly. "are the girls going to get hurt?" he asked.

"I'm afraid they probably are..." She sighed, "I can help you get out, but you have to promise you'll help me get out, too."

Jason nodded. "of course I will, but i'm not going anywhere without all my friends" he said.

She nodded, "I understand. I might be able to get you out in time to save the two girls. Bella and Jan-something, I believe."

"I don't want to wait." Adrian spat, irritated.

"what about the others?" jason asked watching her.

"It shouldn't be hard to get them out. She would probably let them go on their own anyway." Elle said simply.

Cirque smiled, "Ask and you shall receive, then." she tapped her cane on the floor twice, then stepped to the side. The lights went out, then a lone light came up on the center ring, where Janzelle had a chain around her neck, wrists, and ankles, pinning her to the ground. She looked around, as though she couldn't see. Cirque stepped behind Janzelle, putting her hands on her head. Janzelle screamed bloody murder, falling to her knees, then buckling up.

"well let's get to work then. I don't want to wait around while my friends are probably going to get killed" he said thinkin he heard janzelle scream.

"She doesn't kill anyone without a reason." She told him, "She might hurt her, but she won't kill them without a cause." she crawled over to the bars, putting her hands on them.

Jason shrugged. "I'm not going to let them hurt my friens regardless" he said watching her wondering what she was doing.

Elle held her hands on the bars, pulling them apart enough for him to squeeze through, "Hurry..." she grunted.

Jason squeezed through quickly. "now how do I get you out?" he asked looking back at her.

"You'll have to come back..." she exhaled, letting go of the bars as they returned to the way they were, "I can't get through."

"i'll hold the bars open for you to pass" he said. "if they are electric or anything I can hold it long enough for you to squeeze through if you try." he said.

She laughed, "No, it's not that. I had to bend Cirque's mind for that. It's a tough barrier to break. If I get moved at all while I'm doing it, I'll slip out."

"so I pretty much have to kill her before you can be set free?" He asked watching her.

"Or knock her out." She mused.

"if I manage to do either of those before she kills me I'll come back for you" he promised. He walked off, hoping to find where bella and Janzelle were being kept so he could free them before returning to the others.

He soon wandered into the center ring. He could see Cirque's hands on Janzelle's head as she screamed. Cirque looked up, smiling a bit, "Oh! You get to see my show. Sit down."
His body sat down involuntarily, not letting him up.

Jason's eyes flashed red. his body shook as he tried to fight off her influence. Despite her power, hs will was still strong.

Cirque didn't seem to have any trouble at all keeping him where he was, "Don't struggle, you'll only wear yourself out."

Kyira flinched as Janzelle screamed.
Where on earth is Bella...if Janzelle's there being tortured...
