"I am Adare Cross." She said simply, "I've been... sleeping for several centuries and was told you were one of the oldest vampires left."

"Adare...." He mused, closing the book with a clap. "That sounds familiar...."

"My master passed away some time ago. Bartholomew Adare was his name. You might be thinking of him. Unless I've been asleep that long..." she mused.

Adare closed her eyes, "I was born in 1500 b.c."

He blinked a few times. "Oh my... we have quite an ancient on our hands." He said solemnly.

"Quite." She sighed, "I've been asleep since the year 1025 your time, so if you could just let me know what I missed..."

Jason walked in the library and walked along the isles trying to find something he hadn't already read yet.

Adare looked over her shoulder at Jason, wondering what he was up to, then looked back over at Dominic.

He blinked. That was shocking. "Well... everything, really...."

Adare sighed, "I see I'm getting nowhere with you. Apparently stupidity sinks in with age anymore." she walked over to Jason and started scanning the shelves with him for some reference material about the years she had missed.

Dominic shook his head and followed after her "No-no, wait, it's just that you've been out so long... you've missed almost all of recorded history."

She rested one book on her shoulder, "So, are you going to explain it for me or will I have to look it up myself. It's not like you can waist any more of my life."

"i think he's trying to refer to a telepathic link of some kind" Jason said speaking up from behind a book of magic.

"I know, but I'm fairly weak. It's been quite a while since I've drank so I'm very thirsty and I fear I don't have the strength for it." She flipped her wrist effortlessly, then sighed.

Dianne put her arms around Adrian's neck, "I still mean it, just so you know." she said quietly, "I still love you."

"I can remedy that. Do you prefer man or women?" He asked.

Adrian smiled at her. "I love you too, Dianne... speaking of which..." He mused, reaching his hand into his pocket.

"if you'd rather just find out now and drink later just let me be a sort of medium for you both. that way anything he doesn't know i could fill you in on anyway" he said.
