Blood of the Innocent: Part One

"You wouldn't know anything I didn't, accident." He spat at Jason before leavingmmm. A few moments later, he returned with an upper-class man.

"First off, I would prefer you didn't take that attitude with him. He's helped me more than you have thus far so I wouldn't be rude." She said diplomatically, then jerked the man close to her and drained him effortlessly, leaving no mess and allowing the body to drop to the ground.

Dominic winced a bit. "But he's just a child...."

Adrian smiled at her and pulled out a ring box.

Jason was giving dominic a death glare. He didn't like being treated like dirt, and it was very obvious. the thing was, there WAS things jason knew that dominic didn't. "I am not a child" he said throughclenched teeth. it was taking most of his restraint to avoid breaking his nose.

"And in comparison to me, so are you. I'm not treating you with any kind of indignity, am I?" she sighed, "I swear, each generation, they get more self-centered..."

Dianne looked up at him, "How long have you had that?"

"You're not that much older than me." He said, looking down.

Adrian smiled. "About a week before I left you and Bella in New York."

Jason took a deep breath to calm himself. "if you want to know about the American Revolution. pretty much a new continent that sprang up in the 1700s. I was on the frontlines when the colonists fought against the British army and successfully won their independance. If you want a first hand account of that. I'm the only person you need to talk to" he said looking at adare.

"500 is significant enough, Dominic." She said simply, "Now, I can read it through your mind, but you'll have to be thinking on your memories unless you want me to pry into something else."

Dianne chuckled, "I'm surprised Bella didn't say anything."

"i presume you'd want to start with him first since his memories carry farther back than mine." Jason said pulling what looked like a VERY old journal from his pocket and dstarting to read it.

He smiled. "Well? Yes? No? Maybe?" He asked.

Dominic frowned. "Well, do you want to know about the start of America, or everything else?"

"Everything that I missed." she said simply, putting her hand on his forehead.

Dianne laughed and kissed him, "What do you think? Yes, of course."

Adrian smiled and kissed her back. "Mmm... thank you? Heh, I just never really thought of what to say after this." He said, laughing awkwardly.

Jason kept reading through his book. he poured over hte knowledge, ran his fingers over each diagram. he wished he could do everything in this book, instead of only about half.

((Dominic's.))
Dianne chuckled, "How about you don't say anything and just take your clothes off?"

Dominic closed his eyes and went over his memoriesm, from his birth in Sparta to his election as a Ephor, to the Crucifixion of Jesusm, all up until 1935.

Adrian smiled. "As you wish." He mused, undressing.

((Blackout for Dianne and Adrian...))

Adare nodded, "I see a lot has happened since I got here."

"Very." He said, nodding. "Did you get most of it? Do I need to go over anything?"

Jason yawned a bit, still looking over the runes. "I still wish i knew what those three symbols meant" he muttered running his fingers over the three runes on the first page that he just couldn't figure out.

Adare nodded, "I got it all." She walked over to Jason, "Mid if I take a look?"

Jason nodded and handed her the journal. "i found it not long after i was turned. it's how i knew about the telepathy trick and everything else" he explained looking up at her. "just those three runes i cna't figure out.

"I was talking about your memories." She began, then looked at the book, "Hm... It's Gaspard's... I didn't know he was actually writing this all down."

"that's what those runes say?" he asked curiously. "I could never figure it out. I just knew it was called Ancient Vampire Magics" he said. "and yeah you can go ahead and look at my memories. just be warned... i was killed in that time so you may have to feel the pain a bit" he said closing his eyes.

"I think I can take it." she said simply, going through his mind without even flinching.

Jason opened his eyes when it was over. he was shakign a small bit. "that was your glimpse at the american revolution" he saaid smilig a bit thought it was clear memories still shook hiim up a great deal.

Adare nodded as though it were nothing to her at all, "Thank you." she said simply, "Finding where I should belong here is going to be no small task for me, is it?" she chuckled.
