Adrian laughed. "You must love me a lot then." He said, walking to the room of the hotel roof.

He smiled and laughed. "So I've noticed."

Dianne smiled, "But you aren't complaining, so I guess I'll just keep it up."

"Hah, I've got nothing to complain about." Adrian said, sniffing the air.

Jason saw the slayers on the rooftops. "i'm not running from those bums' he muttered. he ran into an alley and lept into one wall and pushed off of it into the next one and repeated that until he was on the roof. from there he just rushed the slayers, knocking a few off the roof to their death as he turned on the other ones.

The others were on the ground in a flash, blood pouring from their throats. Bella wiped her lips, "This isn't all of them."

Jason nodded. "yeah i figured as much" He said. "we can either fight them or get back to my hideout. they won't find us there" he said, giving her the choice.

"You can do what you want." Bella said simply, "But I need to stay easy to find. As for fighting, I can take care of myself."

"Yeah that much i noticed. well i'll go where you go" He said. "this is the most fun i've had in decades" He said smirking as he j umped back dodging a few more silver bullets. "you got those ones?" He asked glancing towards them.

"I can get any of them you need me to, though I don't see the point in killing." She sighed, and dispatched them all in a flash.

"because with these guys, it's kill or be killed." He said. "they'll kill you while you sleep if they can" He said. he sniffed the air. "i think that's all of them, any others ran" He said.

Bella nodded, wiping her lips again, "I need to invest in a handkerchief..." she muttered to herself.

Jason pulled a kercheif like cowboys wore from his pocket. "here you can borrow mine" he said handing it to her. "i use it mostly for when they try using smoke bombs or poison gas" He said.

Bella shook her head, "I'll buy my own when I go to France."

"as you wish" he said shrugging as he put it away. "slayers seem to be on the rise in france lately. My informants don't even dare go there, and they're like rats, they turn up wherever there's a nice bit of information" he said.

Jason smiled. "well it's not exactly safe their for our kind right now" He said. "i could tell you when slayers aren't quite so popular there if you want" He said. "I have a lot of sources" He said.

"I wish you luck if you do" He said. "i got curious and went to investigate why our sources were so scared, i got attacked so much i barely got out alive" he said.

"I'll watch myself." She said quickly, then looked up at the sky, "I should be getting back to Dianne and Adrian." she said simply, "I'll see you another time."

"i'll hold you to that promise" He said smiling at her. "you know where i live if you need me" he said. He lept back off the building and landed quite easily. He started walking back towards his home, whistling as he walked along.

Bella decided to take a scenic route back to the hotel, looking around the city a bit on her own, enjoying the quiet.

Jason took a deep breath of air. he wasn't sure what to do now. usually, he was bored out of his mind, since he had no one to talk to, or at least, no one he could talk to without paying money.
