It's The End Of The World (As We Know It): R.I.P.

Kyira twitched when she heard Dianne's name.
Good thing she's gone...or else I'd of taken care of her myself...

"Still not a big fan of Miss Ward?" Marcello smiled and chuckled, "She took some getting used to, that's for certain. Bella never did cope well with her death."

"I'll never be a fan of hers. I'm glad she went when she did or else I'd of taken care of her..."
Kyira grimaced at her past experiences with the woman.

Marcello nodded, "Yah. As nice as she was to Bella when she put forth the effort to be so, her behavior when she wasn't like that was inexcusable."

"She was willing to let Bella die once!! I call that beyond inexcusable, I call it unforgivable."
Kyira growled under her breath.

Marcello nodded, "True that. Tell you what, if by some miracle she is still alive, you and I tie her up by her ankles and turn her black with one of Zane's tattoo kits."

"Deal...speaking of tattoos...I was wanting to get one...I've always wanted one..."
Kyira grinned a happy grin.

"Of what?" Marcello asked, "It took eternity for Zane to talk me into this one." He pointed to the wings on his back. "And I think I heard him say something about trying to get Bella to get one, too. Good luck with that!" He laughed.

"A heartagram...or a skull or something. I did have an idea about getting a black rose with red vines going down my arm."
Kyira pointed to out the location as she talked.

"He wanted Bella to get a heart with angel wings and a halo." He smiled, "And I think that would be cool." The angle wings and heart were to symbolize Bella being an angel, not any affection towards Zane and Marcello other than brother-sister type relationship.

"That would be cool...I also wanted a lip ring...or two."
Kyira laughed.

"Actually, Zane is getting one right now." Marcello smiled, "Adrian is putting in some snakebites for him." He pushed his hair back with his right hand. It was amazing how different the boys' style was. If someone really payed attention, you could tell that their faces are almost the same, but with the hair and tattoos and the piercings... they looked like people who wouldn't be caught dead with one another.

"Well, that's cool I suppose..."
Scratch the piercings...

"You don't like her, do you?" Marcello grinned. It was funny to see the jealousy brewing inside her, though he sure as heck didn't want to be around when it finally burst.

"Where do you keep getting these? Do soy granola bars just fall out of your butt or something?" Adrian asked as she tore into her delicious vegan treat.

"Actually, hey almost never spoil, and somehow, I can fit them into the back pockets of these pants, which by the way are so tight thy hurt my butt." he grinned. Indeed, his pants were skin-tight and it was a miracle in and of itself that he could even put his thumbs in the pockets. Much less a bunch of granola bars.

"Magic pants." Adrian said, cracking up on an inside joke. Then she remebered that it was her and her brother's joke, and her laughter died in a second.

Zane made a face, "What's wrong?" He asked, a genuine, tender concern ringing in every word. He offered her another granola bar and patted the spot next to him on the checkout counter.

"Oh, um...it's nothing" Adrian said as she hopped up on the counter next to Zane, and plastered a smile on her face.

NO Adrian isn't who I dislike...it's Zane...how he acts as if I'm invisible and like I was never worth anything to him..."
Kyira frowned as she thought of how things used to be between them.

Jason held bella close" sorry i scared you" he said softly as he cuddled with her. he didnt seem capable of letting go. now they had both saved each other a few times.

"You were like me. Just a second too late." Marcello spoke softly.

Zane made a face, "Do you not trust me?" he asked, a hurt look in his black eyes.

"Did more than scare me." Bella muttered and cuddled closer to Jason.

Jason cuddled closer to her. "what else did i do?" he asked softly as he brushed some hair from her face. he kept close to her enjoying her warmth greatly after being so close to death's cold grip.

"No! No, I trust you, but..." Adrian sighed, searching for te right way to put it. "I just don't think I want to talk about it right now."

Kyira sighed softly and looked up at Marcello. She walked forward and wrapped her arms around his waist in a hug.
"We're always just a bit too late, aren't we M?"
