Bio: Marcello was killed in the early 1800's by a stray bullet from a civil war battle. He was turned into a vampire and later turned his brother. later in the century, he was employed by Dianne Ward to guard over a young Miss Isabella Strauss. Even though Bella is no longer in his care, he still feels compelled to watch over her and insists upon referring to her as 'Miss Strauss'.

Bio: Adrian was born in Rome in the prime of the Baroque period. He was raised in a rather wealthy family until their mansion was set ablaze by the Volturi when a renegade vampire snuck into the Tepes' home. Most of his family died in the fire, but Adrian and his sister were spared. Though, now they were aware of the Volturi so they were presented with two choices; die, or be vampirized. They both chose the latter. Adrian chose to stay with the Volturi as their guard for a while, but eventually wandered off on his own. He has recently enrolled in Westfield High. He considers himself a "vegan" since he still feeds off of humans, even though finding meals in animals seems to be a recent fad with some vampires.

Anyone that tried to call Bella 'normal' was sadly mistaken. The way she dressed, the way she moved, everything about her was most definitely not normal. She looked like Madonna's shortest backup dancer from the 80's. She came to school today in a red plaid skirt, black lace crinoline, black, striped fishnet stockings, black legwarmers, 'granny boots', a black t-shirt, red suspenders, lace gloves with a skull pin on them, bright blue eyeshadow, TONS of mascara, and had her hair in a ponytail about as tall as she was with bright red streaks through her blonde hair. Her hair usually matched her outfit.
She was also probably the only girl who could only hit 5'5" in 5-inch heels.
She skipped down the hall, her rhinestone skull clips glittering in the light and shining in anyone's eyes who was foolish enough to look down. She moved with unparralelled grace and poise. Her posture was perfected to the point where it looked like she had a board on her back as a child.
And she had.

Kyira was sitting on the floor next to her locker, her legs stretched out as she sat drawing the boy who sat across from her. She had the scene style hair cut, black skinny jeans on, a baby tee Twilight shirt and one black fingerless glove on. She had knee high converses on and several silver metal bracelets. Her Jack Skellington ear rings hung and would sway back and forth as she moved. The boy in front of her was a emo or scene boy, he had black hair, spiked slightly while he had 2 lip piercings, which were not in due to 'school dress code' and was wearing black jeans and an AFI shirt. This of course, was Zane. Who smiled back at her as she drew.

Bella skipped over to them, stopping in what looked like midair, landing in front of them and clicking the heels on her shoes together. Her arms were crossed behind her back and her skirt rim tickled Kyira's nose, "What cha doin'?" she asked naively. Sometimes, she could be unusually innocent for her age. 224 and counting. One would think she would be older in maturity than an eight-year-old.

"Drawing my little emo boy over there."
Kyira smiled up and Bella, even though Bella was overly...Bella at times, she was still her best friend. Kyira turned the pad over and showed the drawing to Bella, it looked a lot like Zane and how he was sitting.

Bella stood in a ballet position with the heel of her left foot in the bend of her right foot and gave a light golf clap, "My applause, young Kyira. Your drawing is excellent."
As quickly as she had become naive, she had become freakishly mature and almost like an old Victorian era teacher.

"You flatter me Bella."
Kyira stood, brushing her jeans off. She tucked the pad under her arm and lifted the small bag off the ground and over her shoulder.
"So, it's 3:30, class is over and we have nothing to do so far. Shall we go get food, or hang out with the boys at your house?"

"Oh, posh. My house is not suitable for company at the present." Bella said as if she were now Kyira's mother. "I have a much better idea, but you must give me time to get out of these death traps you call shoes and into something I can run in."

"Okay Bells, can you talk like people my age, well, around my age? I have a pair of tennis shoes in the car you can use, seeing that you always do."
By this time they were at the car, Zane had followed in behind and was standing beside the driver's door.
"Hey now buddy, the person with keys drives, in the back."
Kyira shook her keys as a back up statement.

Bella laughed, "I'll have to get some jeans, too. My legs are terribly cold." She complained. "I don't know if you have any in the back of your car either."

Kyira sighed as she unlocked the door and hit the trunk unlock button. In the trunk were Bella's shoes and a couple of different clothing items.
"There's whatever you might need for the day Bells, and here comes our dear friend Marcello."
Kyira smiled and waved as Marcello came into view with his books.

Bella had already removed her shoes and skirt, so she was standing in her tights and t-shirt when Marcello approached, "KYIRA!" She shrieked, "You could have told me he was coming!" if she weren't a vampire, she would have blushed the brightest shade of red she could have managed. She quickly threw on the pants, over her tights, so the tears in the pants had a strange, fishnet-type pattern underneath of them. She pulled on the shoes and waved politely at Marcello, "Hello, Marcello!"
Zane rolled his eyes, "The love boat has set sail." He muttered, then made foghorn noises.

Kyira laughed.
"Bella I did warn you, remember?"
Kyira lightly slapped Bella's shoulder.
Marcello walked up, totally unphased by what they were talking about.
"Hello everyone."
Marcello smiled and took Bella's hand, kissing it gently and bowing slightly.
"Miss Strauss, you're as lovely as ever."
His smile could have made any girl melt when he spoke.

Bella curtsied, the two of them looking like they just popped out of the 1800's and were in the wrong clothes. She rose, her own smile one of clear flattery, "Thank you, Marcello. Now, how many times have I insisted that you refer to me as Bella?"
Zane rolled his eyes, muttering under his breath, "At least a thousand times."

Kyira sighed as she play slapped Zane and tugged him inside the car, actually letting him sit in the passenger seat for a change.
Marcello smiled that heartbreaking smile still.
"Many at times Miss Strauss, but you know how I am. I was born a gentleman and one I shall remain."

Bella couldn't help but smile and walk toward the car, "Come along, Kyira wants something to do."
Zane giggled with excitement at getting shotgun and kissed Kyira's cheek, "THANKYOU!"

"hey now, save that for later when we don't have the 1870's freaks around." Kyira laughed.
Even though she knew Zane was only a few years younger than Marcello, he adapted to this time better than the people who actually were 'alive' in it.
Marcello nodded and opened Bella's door for her.
"Here Miss Strauss, let me get it for you."

Bella smiled, bowed her head, and climbed into the car, "Thank you, Marcello." She flicked Kyira's ear, "And we are not 1870's freaks. We just are polite."
Bella had adapted better to the 80's than the rest of them, though. That much could be said without a shadow of a doubt.

Kyira rubbed her ear and started the car, driving like a bat out of hell towards her house.
"So Bella, what are we going to do, pray thee tell?"
Marcello rolled his eyes at Kyira.
"You were not made to talk old English, love."
"Neh, shut up Marcello. You weren't made to wear baggy pants either."

"The Stevens brothers wear very tight pants, thank you. I have noticed." Bella grinned, causing Zane to blush furiously.
"They aren't that tight..."
"Darling, they cut off the circulation to your legs."

"Hey! I'm the only one supposed to look at his pants Miss 1980's reject."
Kyira turned and stuck her tongue out.
Marcello sighed as he looked out the window.
"You are hopeless Kyira."

"Actually, I'm from the 1880's, not the 1980's." Bella corrected, then laid a hand on Marcello's shoulder to comfort him.

"Yeah but you dress like the 1980's just spit you out."
Kyira had now pulled into the house's driveway and climbed out, bag on her shoulder and arm around Zane's side, hugging him close.
Marcello smiled at Bella and opened her door.

Bella bowed her head in thanks, and go out, "I'll be back in just a second."
And she was right. In about one second, Bella was back.
"Damn, girl." Zane mused.
