Vampire Diary Ch 4: Enter Castle Dracula

Adrian grinned. "First time for everything. But I'll wait for a better setting."

Bella sighed, though soon they were at the end of the tunnel.

Adrian opened and old wooden door that lead into and old shack-like building, and outside of that they were on a small hill overlooking Valteiri.

Zane sighed and put Jason down, "Good lord, you're heavy..." he sighed with a chuckle, waiting for him to wake back up.
Kalvin smiled, "Light. Finally."

Jason slowly opened his eyes, which seemed to have lost a good deal of their color since he last closed them. He slowly sat up, not realy saying anything to anyone.

Bella tried to stand up on her own, but her knees gave out from under her as she cried out in pain.

Jason looked at her and crawled over to her and looked at her leg. "you broke your leg" he said simply. He crawled on all fours to a strong piece of wood that was relatively straight and tore the bottom of his shirt. "now hold still" he said as he put some guaze from his pockets on the wound before tying the plank of wood securely to her leg. "just try to stay off it for awhile until the bones mend" he said not looking directly at her.

Bella looked him in the eye nodding in a brief moment of sincerity. She looked back at her leg, "God, that hurt like hell."

"now i just have to be sure it won't get infected" Jason said looking up at her. "would you mind if i clean it a bit?" He asked watching her, a smal bit of the light returning to his eyes.

Bella shook her head, "Help yourself."

Jason nodded and turned into a gorgeous silver wolf. he almost seemed to glow aginast the surroundings. He started to lightly lick the blood away from the wound to clean it and prevent infection.

Bella made an odd face. Something about the thought of blood in her mouth repulsed her.

Jason transformed back into human form when he was done. "i don't really like the taste of blood either" he said, guesssing what the face was about. "but it was the only way to be sure you didn't get an infection that could make things worse" he said truthfully as he looked up at her.

Bella nodded lightly.

Jason watched her. "do you want some water?" he asked looking up at her.

"Please and thank you." she sighed.

Jason smiled a bit and pulled a flask of water from his jacket. He handed it to her. "drink up" He said watching her. he didn't really need it. it was just reserved in case he got stranded.

Bella did so, drinking as if parched.

Jason looked away a bit. "sorry if you heard me yelling before.. Just haven't really been doing to well" he said appologizing for how he had acted.

"You're fine. I'm used to shouting." Bella said simply.

Jason nodded a bit. "yeah but still I'm not usually like that so i'm sorry" he said clarifying. "i'm not like most guys who do that" he said.

"Adding a third to the games, are we?" He said, smirking a bit.

Jason shot adrian a glare. "shut up. i'm not going to turn bella into a trophy for your stupid games" he said more than a little annoyed.

Bella sighed, rubbing her forehead.

"More than a trophy dumbass. Don't you think it would be flattering to have three guys fighting for your affections? Well, you wouldn't, but you know what I mean. And its not a contest to own her, its to see who she likes most. Think before you speak." He said, rolling his eyes.
