Vampire Diary Ch 3: This Time Imperfect

"Well, go get him." Adrian said simply.

Kalvin sighed and walked outside, tapping Jason on the shoulder, "Hey, Adrian wants everyone inside for a sec."

the second he had tapped jason's shoulder three wolf demons lept down and pinned kalvin to the ground. Jason pulled them off and quickly explained he was a friend to the other wolf demons who all shared some similarities with jason. "kalvin you're supposed to be the smart one. you should know wolf demons don't like being surprized" he said helping him up.

Kalvin stood up and brushed himself off, "Yeah, well, we're kinda in a hurry."

"do you think anyone would mind if a few of my cousins came with us?" he asked. "they'd probably be very useful since they know the area as well as anyone else here and probably better."

"Ask Adrian. I'm pretty sure he's in charge right now." Kalvin said walking in toward the hotel.

Jason nodde. he told his cousins to wait and followed kalvin back to the hotel.

Kalvin ran up and touched Adrian's shoulder, "Got him."

"Great." Adrian mused with a slight frown.

Kalvin couldn't help but laugh a bit, then frowned and looked over at Bella, "Where's the Diary?"
Bella looked over her shoulder and around, one hand still on the wall, "I think it's still in the suitcase. Why?"
"Because Riot's not here and he's thinking about how much he can sell it to a Vampire Lord for."

Adrian facepalmed a bit. "I swear, I'm going to kill that annoying little f*ck...." He said. Being here hadn't exactly made Adrians's day, and it was just going downhill.

Jason frowned. "should I get my cousins started on his trail?" He asked. "they could find him pretty easily"

He looked upm. "Cousins...?"

Zane looked over at Bella, "Bella needs something to see with. I'll be right back. Kalvin, help them keep a lock on where he's at."
Kalvin nodded, "Far away from here. If you're planning on finding him, move fast."
Zane nodded and took off into the sky out the window.

"Nathan, find the dumb one!" Adrian said, to which Nathan responded by turning to his wolf form and running after Riot's trail.

"i have cousins all over this continent. one howl and i'm wiling to bet riot will be bound, gagged and ready for us to kick his a** by the time we catch him" he offered. "should i send the call?"

"Have at it." He grumbled.

Jason walked outside and explained the situation to his cousins. jason and his cousins shifted into wolf form and sent up an eerie howl. before long answering howls could beheard getting farther and farther away. Jason walked back inside and returned to human form. "if he's anywhere alive, he'll be caught soon" he said.

"Don't worry man, I believe half of him is a natural suck u p or wanna be hero." Kyira said to Adrian as she pushed Kalvin forward a bit to get him moving towards where Riot was.

He looked at her. "No, I'm not kidding. I'm going to kill him."

"Not referring to the moron. More along the lines of wolf boy. I know you're serious about killing Riot...believe me if you don't I will."

"Oh... I've noticed." He said, agreeing. "And being here isn't helping...."

Kalvin opened one eye, "You'll have to be really careful if you're going to kill him." he noted, "I know two ways to do it, myself."

"Tell me. Now." He demanded.

"Well, if you wanted him dead right now, you could just kill me like you would any other person and it would kill him. It's a twin thing." Kalvin said simply, "The second option is catching him, having Kyira help me push the connection between the two of us out of my head, followed by killing him swiftly enough that he doesn't have time to make a doppelganger." Kalvin sighed, "I'm open to either option."
