The White Queen: R.I.P.

Jason kept watching the guards, apparantly word had spread about how he beat the snot out of a few guards, since most of them seemed rather... cautious around him. he would figure out a way to keep bella armed. for now he kept the knife with himself, but the next time he saw a guard he would get one for bella.

They were then escorted to the therapist offices, apparently to receive some kind of 'help'. Bella amused herself with baffling her therapist, so today all she would say is, "You know what I hate? Reading in direct sunlight."
And it was the truth. The sunlight glared off of the white paper and almost blinded her every time.

Jason's therapy was much more pinpointed. they were trying to get it so he didn't have his break downs and bleeding sessions. they had really downsized them. the one bella saw was relatively mild compared to how much blood he lost from it normally. now they occured less often too. he let his therapist help, since he really did have an issue, unlike bella.

After driving her therapist crazy, she decided to fake her own madness. She was borderline 'insane' at this point, but she enjoyed driving others over the edge. There wasn't anything else to do here.
"Whirly-swirly, topsy-turvy, upside-down, have no mercy." She giggled.

Jason was perfectly sane. though when he had relapses he temporarily returned to the insanity of war. he didn't know how bella could be considered insane. she seemed perfectly sane when he was around. maybe it was because she was pretending to confound the guards. he did that at times too.

Bella was a strange case. Her pretending only went so far. She was what most would consider insane simply because her mind was so advanced, interaction with normal humans was almost impossible. Her thinking was so different, most others wouldn't accept anything she said as true.
When Bella was taken back to her cell or lunch, she had to be put in a straight jacket for a while. She laughed, pleased with herself. They took it off after a few seconds, though and she was back to trying to get rid of the tainted plastic food.

Jason was soon back in his cell. "bella are you back yet?" jason called through the vents. he hoped she was. he wanted to be sure she was safe. jason didn't have any issues interacting with her.

"Yes, right here. As always." She said plainly, tracing a pattern on her hands. If only she could find a pen and some paper. She could write pretty good poetry and draw things when she had the resources.

Jason smiled. "so what are you doing to pass the time?" Jason asked through the vents. his family had demanded that stationary be provided for him as well as pencils, so he could write to them. which he did whenever he got food from them. he was only allowed this because he wasn't actually insane.

"Drilling a hole into the wall." She said, her voice so dry and serious, it was hard to tell weather she was being sarcastic or not.

"now don't do that. if they catch you they'd move you to a different cell and i'd be without a good friend" he said. "if you want to sketch or write or something i could give you some stationary and a pencil" he offered. he always had way too much since his relatives had long since threatened to sue if they didn't. his family didn't want him, but their consciences didn't let them leave him cold turkey.

"I was kidding." Bella said flatly, "And I would enjoy that. I'm not usually allowed to have anything sharper than my freshly trimmed fingernails."

Jason popped open the vents. "just promise me you won't hurt yourself with it on purpose" he said as he passed several sheets of paper as well as a pencil through to her. he replaced the vents before a guard could notice. he hadn't realized it, but amidst the stack of paper he had given her, lay a picture he had drawn of her in a japanese kimono. it was incredibly lifelike and beautiful.

"I won't, I swear." Bella smiled, then noticed the picture, "I like your drawing." She commented.

Jason felt his face heat up. "oh apparantly i left one of my doodles in there" he murmured embarassed. no one else knew he could draw. "do you really think it's good?" he asked looking at the vents for his answer.

"Yah. I do." Bella mused. It was excellent, actually. Bella took out a blank piece of paper and began to draw a picture of her own.

Jason smiled still slightly red faced from embarassment. "thanks. can i see you're drawings when you're done with them?" jason asked hoping he could see her drawings too.

"Sure." Bella said and continued drawing her picture.

Jason smiled to himself. "i wish we could share a cell. that way we woudn't have to talk through vents" he said sighing. he wondered if she enjoyed what company he gave, or if he just annoyed her.

"It's the boy-girl boundary thing. That and they've seen my reaction to men." She said simply. It was impossible to know what Bella's feelings were.

Jason nodded. "yeah i know" he said. if the supervisors knew what jason had saved her from, and that she didn't mind him, which was rare, they may reconsider, but he wouldn't ask that of her, since he didn't know if she really didn't mind him or not.

Bella opened the vent and slid in one of her pictures.
"Here we are." she smiled and put the vent back.

Jason smiled and looked at it. it was different, but it reminded him of sally from "nightmare before christmas" "it looks nice" he said pinning it up on his wall with some of his other drawings. he wished he could share a cell with her, but she'd have to ask the supervisors, they wouldn't believe it if he asked.

Bella smiled, though her voice didn't give away any expression on her face. "Thank you." She cast her eyes downward as she clicked the tips of her toes together.

Kyira was laying upside down on her bed, her head hanging off the edge as he legs were propped up against the wall. She stared off into space, not really thinking.
