Bio: Jason was a student at the famous Shaolin Temple. After he supposedly killed needlessly, he was banned from the temple. Now he is a wanderer, still trying to figure out what to do now that he is no longer a monk.

Gender: Male
Bio: Sanoske is you're average kitsune; sly, clever, arrogant, fun-loving, mischevious, vain, and shifty. He loves to mess with people, especially royalty, and knock them down a notch. He prides himself on his obake abilities, and other powers he has as a kitsune. He usually just wanders the island, looking for a good time to be had.

Aiko enjoyed sunshine. Why did it have to rain on her birthday? It was like the sky was telling her that it didn't love her. Not that she minded. The sky had never really seemed to love anyone. Despite the present circumstances, she was still the head of the household right now, since Aido was away to the capital. Even though women weren't supposed to be in charge of anything, she was. She knew her father had wanted a son. What powerful general wouldn't? Someone to head the family business, to take care of things while he was gone, like Aiko was doing now... However, her mother died giving birth to Aiko and Aiko was clearly not a boy. Not that she minded to much. Aido seemed to like her as much as any boy anyway.

Jason sighed to himself as he walked through the downpour. a whicker hat was on his head, keeping the rain from his eyes as he trudged on withing sight of any near bulding. many people wondered what this traveler was doing, including he himself. he had a whipchain rolled up on his hip, two hooked swords crossed on his back, and a naginata in hand. not to mention emei piercers concealed someplace else. he didn't like the rain much, at least not when he was in it.

Aiko had received a message from the villagers that there was a stranger walking around. She walked out onto the streets, holding a hat of her own over her hat as she walked out to him, "Would you like to come in? It's raining to hard to keep walking." She offered.

Jason looked at her. "if i will not be imposing that sounds nice" he said. his clothes were soaked completely through. she was the first one to approach him, most likely out of fear of his weapons.

Aiko seemed completely comfortable, "This way, sir." She smiled leading him to her father's huge manor of a house.

Jason followed silently behind her. he wondered by what means this mannor had been earned. he wondered how long it had been since he had last slept indoors.

Aiko opened the door for him, "Come on in, we don't want you to catch your death of cold, sir." she smiled, "May I ask your name?"

Jason took off his hat the second he crossed the threshold. "my name is Jason Amaroq" he said glancing around the room at the various signs that a shogun resided here.

Aiko nodded, "I'm Aiko Murasaki." she responded, "Would you like something to eat?"

Jason's stomach answered for him with a mighty growl. "i guess it wasn't my wisest moment when i chose to travel light in food" he said chuckling.

Aiko laughed, "I can have something prepared for you. Follow me, and I can show you a room where you can wash up."

"thank you for your kidness towards this vagabond" he said bowing before following her. he hadn't fogotten his manners yet. even though it had been almost three years since he was booted from the temple.

Aiko smiled, "It was nothing. I am here by myself, so it's not as if I don't have the room." she pulled back a door to a well-furnished room with a washtub outside the door covered by an awning, "If you need anything, there are a few servants who wander about."

"thank you but i wiill not require any such service" he said. "if there is anyway i could repay you please let me know" he said bowing again.

Aiko smiled, "There is nothing. I just like helping people."

Jason smiled a small bit. "seems i am in the company of one who shares my views" he said looking up at her.

Aiko laughed, "Thank you. I'll leave you to yourself now. I have to make sure the food is being prepared properly."

Jason nodded and set his things down. once the door was shut he undressed and changed into clean, dry clothes. he kept his weapons close though. he never knew when he'd need them.

Aiko was just walking up to his room, "Oh. Hello." She smiled, "Ready for dinner?"

Jason smiled and nodded. "dinner sounds really good about now" he said standing. he left his naginata and hooked swords behind. though his whipchain and emei piercers were hidden on his person just in case.

Aiko led him to a table by a window, where they could see the rain still falling heavily outside. The smell of the food was enticing, and could even be smelled from outside the room.

Jason felt himself almost melt from the smell. he hadn't had a well cooked meal it what seemed like ages. it made his mouth water.

Aiko smiled, "Dig in."
