Addy looked him in the eyes, searching for something, then nodded, "Honestly, I guess if it's something inevitable... I shouldn't postpone it."

"It can wait a while, if you'd rather." He offered.

Akahando stepped back into the castle, bare, with a sack in his hand. He was panting, tired.

Addy shrugged, "It matters not to me."

Dianne stepped into the foyer, smiling a bit, "Might I ask what you have in your sack?"

Akahando dumped the contents out. Inside were numerous objects, Native American religious artifacts, a sacromonial dagger, a silver musketball, and various herbs and mushrooms.

Dianne flipped through them with her foot, "These are what you found?"

Akahando nodded, tired.

Adrian nodded and stood, walking away, motioning for her to follow. "All right, then."

Addy followed him, not saying anything.

Dianne chuckled, "Thank you. Would you like to see the girl now? She's alright, just as I promised."

Adrian led her down to his basement, which was set up like a lab.

Akahando nodded, looking around.

Dianne nodded her head over her shoulder, "Come with me, then."

Addy looked around, curious as to what everything did, but not saying anything.

Adrian patted a medical bed with restraints. "I don't know how you'll react, so if you will, lay down please."

Akahando nodded and followed.

Instead of going down to the dungeons, Dianne went upstairs. Ming was asleep in a large bed, blankets pulled around her.

Addy nodded, getting onto the bed and laying down.

Akahando looked at Dianne. "You let her up here?"

Adrian strapped her in. "I'm going to start with the conventional way, okay?"

Dianne nodded, "Hay isn't comfortable."

Addy nodded.

"Maybe you're not as heartless as I thought." He said, sitting in a chair.

Adrian leaned over her and bit her neck, begining to drink.

Addy's body tensed, gasping a bit.

Dianne shrugged, "I've heard that a lot."

Akahando nodded a bit, saying nothing.

Addy's fists clenched, but she held still.

Dianne chuckled as Ming exhaled, pulling the blankets closer to her. Dianne walked toward the door, "You can stay in here with her, if you like. I'm going to do a little of my own hunting today."

Adrian got off of her and cut himself.

Akahando nodded a bit, waiting for Ming to wake.

Addy didn't move, her body suddenly feeling very weak.

Some time later, Ming woke.

Akahando smiled at Ming as she woke.

Adrian put his cut to her lips, letting the blood flow.

Addy drank, slowly at first, then with more strength.

Ming groaned softly, "Wh-where am I?"

Adrian pulled his arm away andstepped back to watch the reaction.

Addy's body seemed to try and curl inwards on herself, having what looked like a seizure.
