"it was his aura mostly. " jason said. "when i'm in the spirit plane i see living organisms as their aura. humans appear blue, demons appear black, animals appear red, and incubus's appear white" he said. "spirits and ghosts i can see as they are." he explaind.

"I'm careful!" She said quickly, then looked at the clock, "Snap! Am I excused from class, or does this count as skipping?" she asked worriedly.

"you're excused don't worry" he said kindly. so far he hadn't tried to hug her again. "i woudn't just carry you home if you weren't excused" he said.

"yeah i heard parents do that" he said. "i guess i should get going now. i need to find a place to sleep tonight" he said heading for the door.

"if i don't get killed while i sleep yeah" he said. "i'm just at a loss for where i could sleep that the slayers wouldn't find me. they're thorough with alleys and parks" he said stopping in the doorway to think.
