Teenagers are Scary

Adrastea looked at the schedule, "Ooh.. Gym. I'm sorry." she winced, then took her to the gym.

"I have a feeling this is going to be bad" Juste said while Addy was tugging her down the hall

"Pray that you can get a doctors note so you don't have to participate." Addy smiled a bit.

"Is Gym seriously that bad?" Juste asked while almost walking into one of the football players
"sorry" she said as he ran back over to Addy

Addy nodded, "Well, I need to get to my class, so see you later?"

"Okie Dokie, I could never thank you enough for making my first day any easier" Juste said while Addy was walking off
She headed into the Gym and realized, this isn't going to be easy...

Jason didn't like gym very much. HIs present condition had earned him the right to sit out for the day.

Juste noticed that the guy she sat with at lunch was in the class. She hurried over toward him and said " Hey Jason! Its Juste, from lunch"

Adrastea had AP Literature this next block. She loved reading, so it was easy for her to get into the class, though not many others in this school cared if you were in AP.

Jason turned his head a bit so he could see her from the eye that wasn't swollen shut. "nice to see you again, or half see you as the case seems to be" he said chuckling with a bit of grim humor.

"Ouch, what happened to you?" Juste asked over the roar of jocks playing basketball.

"oh some of the bullies decided to use me as a punching bag." he said shrugging. "nothing i'm not used to" he said

"That horrible, have you ever reported them" Juste said while sitting down next to him

Jason laughed. "reporting doesn't stop it. it only makes things worse" he said. "besides, i can take a beating. if they stopped attacking me they might move on to someone who can't take it. then you have the kid that brings a rifle to school and starts killing people" he said sighing.

"aww, that sucks!" Juste said right before the P.E. coach yelled "Everybody, single line now!"

Jason sighed. "seems we're needed" he said rising and walking down into hte line. he sighed again wanting to just rest.

"wow, he seems like a drill Sargent!" Juste whispered while they were getting into a single filed line

"he just likes too think he is" Jason said rolling his eyes.

"Great, just what i need , a full body work out before i leave school..." Juste complained

"he doesn't pay much attentino so just halfa*** it and he won't notice" he said. "it's what I do"

"ok, thanks!" she said before the gym coach demanded them to 100 jumping jacks for being 1 sec late.

"no problem, just make sure that you're convincing when he's looking at you. he's dumb, but not that dumb" he said when he was certain the coach wouldn't hear. he didn't mind doing the work, it couldn't kill him after all.

Juste took Jason's advice and sure enough, it all worked out. Before she knew it, the block was over with. One more class and she has homeward bound. Thank God.

Jason started to leave, but someone grabbed him and before he knew it he was against the wall again. it was the same guy as before. Jason's eyes turned slowly black. "i've had enough of you" he said staring into the boy's eyes. in a few seconds the boy screamed and started running as fast as he possibly could, a wet spot forming in the front of his pants. Jason closed his eyes and when he opened them they were back to normal. "i didn't want to do that. but i've had enough" he muttered.

Adrastea sighed in relief when the bell went off, walking down the hall to her last class: French. It was one of her favorites, but the trip there wasn't. One of the boys who she had accidentally shocked earlier had now trapped her in the stairwell, muttering something about how he was mad as hell and needed someone to take it out on.
