"i happened to see her as i was flying and we got to talking" jason said shrugging.

M nodded, "She's always been a little elusive to me, but I suppose she had to come out sooner or later."

Jason shrugged. "i guess so" he said turning and walkng back to estelle. "if you want i think we can go now" he offered smilinga t ehr.

Jason spread his wings and flew up a bit, smiling at her as he waited for her to catch up.

Estelle caught up after a few seconds, since she wasn't quite as fast as Rebecca, but followed without too much difficulty.

Jason smiled at her and flew around her easily. "so where do you want to go?" he asked smiling at her.

Estelle looked around, then looked back up at Jason, "I think we should find who started all those fires."

Jason nodded. "let's go then" he said smilng and taking her hand as he flew over the city.

Estelle stopped and looked down as she watched a man with a small fire going fanning flames toward an old apartment where people were sleeping.

Jason looked at estelle. "mind icing that fire while i... talk... to him?" he asked watching the man.

Estelle nodded, blowing the fire lightly, watching the man's face go into shock as it froze.

Jason picked up the man by the front of his shirt. "it seems we found the arsonist" Jason mused. "mind explaining why you are burning homes?" He asked.

The man whipped out a knife, brandishing it out in front of him and waving it at Jason.

Jason knocked the knife easily out of his hand. "i think it's about time we take this to new heights" Jason said spreading his wings and flying up some hundred feet. "now would you mind explaining why you were starting all the fires?" He asked again.

The man cried out in fear, looking down, screaming, "Put me down! Put me down!!"

"don't tempt me" Jason said narrowing his eyes. "now answer my question. why do you keep starting fires on innocent homes?" He asked again.

"Fine... Fine... I'll tell you! Just put me down!" the man was actually crying now.

"tell me now before I put you down" he said. "now hurry my arm is starting to get tired' he said.

"I was hired to do it!" He explained, "The leader of the Briars paid me to set fire to these buildings. He wants them cleansed!"

Jason flew down a small bit. "who are these briars and why do they want things cleansed?" Jason asked.
