Jason glared. "sorry but no" he said snapping the creatures's neck with one little squeeze, the demonn turning to dust in his hand. "so much for that little thing" he said dusting off his hands.

Bella still clutched Zane tightly, looking up at Jason with fear.
Zane put his arm around her, "It's OK. Don't worry."

Jason looked back at her and rolled his eyes. "oh knock off that scared face. if i was going to hurt you i would have done it by now" he said crossing his arms. "i am a demon but i'm not an animal" he said.

Zane nodded, "He's not going to hurt you, don't worry about it."
Bella nodded, still a bit tense. She walked past Jason and turned on the radio in the corner, the song "Kaboom Kaboom" by Marilyn Manson playing loudly as her arms relaxed.

Jason shook his head. "am i really that scary now?" He asked looking at zane confused. he had never found himself that scary.

" I think she was just a little freaked by watching that thing die. She seems like the sensitive type." Zane whispered.

Jason nodded slowly. "well usually small demons have big friends. better to kill it than let it start talking." he said. he crossed his arms and watched her.

Bella closed her eyes, feeling around on her nightstand for her pair of glasses.

Jason rolled his eyes. "oh don't give me that smirk zane you know i hate cheap shots, at least when i'm not the one giving them" he said smirking at the last part.

"i could but i don't have to" Jason said crossing his arms and leaning in the doorway. he didn't really like being bossed around.

Bella frowned, "Please?" she asked, clearly just wanting to be alone for something.
Zane sighed, "Jason, I think we should just leave her alone. We need to figure out what we are going to do about Dianne anyway."

Jason nodded and left. "i know we do zane, but still, the girl needs to learn a bit about manners." he said once they were out of her room.

Zane shrugged, "She could just be feeling stressed, or she could actually be like that. I have only known her one day."

"She seems perfectly fine to me." Adrian chimed, though he and the new Bella were very alike in their outlooks on things.

Jason chuckled. "normal is not the word i would use" he said crossing his arms. "then again i've been in captivity for a very long time so i could just be a bit behind" he said shrugging.
