The Vampire Diary: Fallen Angels

Jason had woken up before the sun. he was already bathed and dressed. he was in the backyard, doing a sort of standing meditation.

He nodded. "She's usually not this late for much. But the sun just came up, so she really couldn't get too far now even if we found her."

"True." Zane nodded, "But still, I worry what has become of her."

"You could send Nathan. He's the fastest here, and Dianne hates him. If she's not there he could tell you, and if she is, she might kill him. It's a win win situation."

Zane laughed, "As tempting as that sounds, I think we should all go. There is saftey in numbers and I'd rather not bury anyone else for a long while."

He shrugged a bit. "All right, want me to get everyone up?"

"No. We'll let them get up on their own time." Zane nodded.

He nodded a little bit and stood up. "Do you, by any chance, have anything here to eat?"

Zane nodded, "Yes. The kitchen is to the right of the living room. Anything you find in there, you can eat."

He nodded a little and dissappeared into the kitchen to raid the frige.

Jason kept going through his motions. it was like slow motion martial arts. this was his usual morning ritual. though to many it may look like he was a bit crazy.

Zane raised an eyebrow, "What are you doing?"

Jason opened one eye an glanced at Zane. "white lotus meditation. i took refuge at the temple before i found you and learned a bit of their fighting style. i never did figure out how they did some of the stuff but this does help me focus" he said shrugging.

Zane nodded, "Ah. You were the monistary's pet, or were you staying there as a human?"

"your first guess was right. i was hiding so i wouldn't exatly identify myself" he said shrugging.

Zane nodded, "No shame in that. Bet the monks loved you, though."

"yeah they did. i still don't get the whole, no women, thing." he said shrugging. "i don't know how they do it, and i'm not sure i want to" he said laughing.

Zane laughed, "If you must know, most boys are casturated upon joining a monistary."

Jason shivered. "i didn't want to know!!" he blurted out. "now i'm glad i didn't go as a human" he said.

Zane nodded, "Very glad."
Bella came out of the bathroom, her hair wet as if she just got out of the shower. However, there was still the sound of breathing from her room, "What?" She asked, confused about the looks they were giving her.
"Who is in your room?" ZAne asked.
"No one." Bella said honestly, "What do you mean?"
Her human ears could not hear the breathing coming from in her room.

Jason's ears lay flat on his head. "zane i'll check this out" he said crouching low as he approached her door, sniffing the air but only smelling the stuff bella had washed herself with. he slowly pushed open the door and looked around.

There was a large, lizard-like creature on Bella's bed, obviously a demon.
Bella had a look on her face that read as 'I am going to scream'.

Adrian walked out of the kitchen with a bowel of cereal. "Whats up?" He asked, looking at everyone's odd expressions.

Jason picked up the demon by the neck, holding it tight so it couldn't go anywhere. "okay just what are you doing here?" he asked the demon, holding it out at arm's length so it couldn't bite or scratch him.

The thing started growling and snapping at him as if it were too unintellegent to do anything else until it screeched painfully, "The Diary!! Give me The Diary!!"
Bella clutched it tightly to her chest, holding on to Zane.
