Lorian's School for the Exceptionally Gifted

Jason's body shook more as he sat against the lockers, staring at the imprint of the bully's back in the wall. He slowly looked over at her. "a-are you o-ok?" he asked as he slowly forced his shaking body to move closer to her.

She nodded, as though it were all nothing, "Yeah, I'm fine. I run into lockers all the time."
There was a soft breeze behind Jason's back, and then the cold, deep sound of Lucian's voice, "Lilli... You're bleeding."

Jason's whole body froze, no shaking, no trembling, just, still. There was only so much he could take at one time. He closed his eyes and just sat there, just expecting some sort of blow to come at any moment like it always did.

Lucian didn't even seem to notice Jason at first, crossing straight over to Lilli, lifting her into his arms, "Rest. I'll get you fixed up." he turned, and faced Jason, "If I find out that you did this to her, I'll kill you." he said sincerely, not a touch of exaggeration in his words. It wasn't a threat, it was a promise.

Jason slid back away from him. There was noticeable fear in his eyes, but it had been there long before the threat. He knew he didn't have anything to fear from that part. He was just scared of this guy in general.

"i-it wasn't m-me" he stuttered, trying to at least explain a little bit. "s-some guys j-jumped me.. something about s-staying away f-from the girls at this s-school" he managed to say. "s-she tried to get them o-off me b-but they pushed h-her into the locker" he said, unable to control a nervous stutter in his voice.

Why couldn't I have just stayed homeschooled? my first day of real school and i'm attacked, and now threatened to be killed...

Isaac Dole
Age: 16
Race: Werewolf (Aware)
Bio: Isaac was born into a rather well-known tribe of werewolves. Like all of his kind, his personality is heavily influenced by his primal instincts. He's prone to fits of rage, but can also be very friendly and affectionate, and deathly loyal. Since he's arrived at the school, he's taken Lucian to be his alpha figure, and is somewhat of a right-hand man for him.

Race: Vampire (Aware)
Bio: Hector is your cliche vampire; cynical, narcissistic, nihilistic, sarcastic, arrogant, egotistical, and the list goes on. He was recently transferred into the school. Lucian is his biological cousin.

Race: half Angel half Werewolf (Aware of angel half but unaware of werewolf half.)
Bio:His mother an Angel and his father a Werewolf, seems crazy no? But if this union proves anything, it's that love is the highest law. Though his mother and father loved him they feared what would happen to Khamul if he was ever discovered. So they hid him among the humans until he was old enough to attend Lorian's school. His identity as an angel is hidden by strapping his wings to his back and never removing his shirt unless he must fly. By shear luck he has never been out during a full moon. However it is only a matter of time before he is.

"If your story checks out with Lilli once she comes to, then you'll have a friend in me. If not, then like I said, I will kill you. Expect to hear from me in time." he said sternly, carrying Lilli to the school nurse.

Jason nodded slowly, watching lucian take lilli away. He sighed, looking down at his feet.

I'm so useless a girl got hurt trying to help me... what a great way to start school..

He stood up slowly, his body still trembling a bit. He managed to find his way to his first class, and spent those first few periods anxiously watching the door, half expecting Lucian to burst in with a gun or something.. He dreaded the lunch hour break, but it still came.

He started heading to the cafeteria, but he noticed the boys from before were forming a blockade waiting for him. He turned around and more were behind him. He felt his body start to tremble as he realized he was surrounded, and more outnumbered than before...

((most of the actuall class time will be skipped over because really, it is kinda pointless))

Lucian stepped between the boys to Jason, taking Jason's arm firmly in his grip and simply leading him away. He was feared enough that the other boys wouldn't mess with him directly. He led Jason to an outdoor courtyard, setting Jason down while Lucian stuck to the shadows. Isaac and Lilli were with him.

Khamul Imrahil, sat in the courtyard reading one of his books. He usually ignored the other students. But he noticed how forcibly Jason was brought into the courtyard. He watched as the scene unfolded before him.

Jason looked over at him. "th-thanks" he said, still noticeably scared from his near-pounding experience. He looked back towards the school, half expecting one of them to come after him. He looked over towards lilli. "are you alright?" he asked wondering if she was okay after hitting her head.

She nodded quickly, an upbeat smile on her face, "It was just a scratch, no worries."
Lucian looked up at Jason briefly, "As of now, you're with us. Meaning, anyone who messes with you, messes with us. And they'll answer to us, as well."

Khamul pulled his scraggly hair back into a ponytail, before standing. He slung his bag over his shoulder and walked past the the group. He had returned to reading his book, The Fallen Angels.

Jason looked over at Lucian, his eyes betraying a mixture of confusion and hidden gratitude. "th-thank you.... b-but why would y-you want a st-st-stuttering weakling w-with you?" he asked confused. He didn't realize that making a bully wall-angel with a single punch wasn't a sign of a weakling. He just couldn't figure out why they would even want to associate with someone like him.

Khamul was at the door to the building when he heard Jason. At the sound of Jason's stutter, Khamul laughed openly.

Lucian glanced up as Khamul laughed, "Do you have something to add to the conversation, Khamul?"

Jason flinched noticeably at the laughter, almost as if he expecting a blow to follow it. He slowly looked over at the other boy, wondering just who he was as he slowly moved away from the stranger. All of the excitement here was starting to really get him on edge.

Khamul smiled at Lucian. "Didn't think you would be running with a loser like this. Can't even talk strait." He closed his book and looked close at Jason. He didn't seem special.
