"We Can Be Heroes"

"I don't really have a name yet. I just go by what people call me. Some call me Echo, others call me Mirage or Fear. Most simply refer to me as Ghost or Shadow" his voice said, his lips illuminated just enough for hm to see the stitches and to realize his lips did not move. "call me whatever you want. A pointless lable serves little purpose to me"

Anarchy pursed his lips a bit, looking the man over. "Stitches it is, then."

Mistress chuckled, amused by the joke.

Aurlie held out her hand, "Where to?"

"In particular, I'm looking for a group of, most likely, gang members." He said.

"So you want me to run around town and stop when I see a gang?"

"Check the alleyways. But I suggest I come with you. They should be giving off a rapist-y vibe." He said.

His lips cracked a fragment of asmile. "i must admit, that's a new one" his voice said although his lips did not move.

Mistress chuckled, "That's one thing you can always trust Anarchy for. A witty comeback."

Aurlie nodded, "Climb on my back."

"hmm well at least i'm garunteed some entertainment" his voice said.

"Anyway, Mistress, why exactly do we have a guest?" He asked.

"It'd probably be best if you just, like, looped your arms around me or something." He said.

Jason's eyes followed anarchy's every move. He wanted to know what this person could do.

Aurlie shook her head, "No, if I drop you, you'll get pretty skinned up..."

"Our plan. To help the city." Mistress smirked. He would know what she was talking about, "He might help us."

"That reminds me; I don't get hurt." He stated.

Anarchy smiled a bit. "Is he looking to join our little crusade?"

Jason didnt' blink. "depends on what it is" He said simply.

"Invulnerable?" Aurlie asked.

Mistress grinned, "You always tell it better."

where he stood, Jason picked up one leg, and then the other, crossing them so that he was hovering in midair. "i've been waiting for this story" he mused watching Anarchy closely.

"I guess." He said, shrugging a bit.

Anarchy smiled a bit and looked over him. "Well, why should we trust you?"

"if I was here to be detrimental, I would have started long before now" he said simply.

Aurlie nodded, "You still need to climb on my back. It's easier for me to carry you that way."

"You, apparently, know nothing of our plans. So, not necessarily." He replied.

"You sure? You're pretty small. And, I'm not that small...." He said.

"True enough I suppose" he said shrugging as he floated in mid-air. "so what are you going to ask me to do?" he asked after a pause. He assumed he would have to perform some task to prove he was trustworthy so he figured he'd just cut out the annoying middle talk.

Aurlie chuckled, "I'm not super strong, but I'm stronger than I look. I work out." she grinned.

He laughed a bit. "How much can you bench?" He asked.

Anarchy smiled a bit, looking him over. "Well, Mr. Stitches, what exactly is it that you can do? Ability-wise, I mean. Obviously, levitation, telepathy... anything else? With descriptions please; not examples."

Jason's voice chuckled. "probably a good thing you mentioned that. My powers are really only two things, I just manipulate them well enough to make more. I am telekenetic, meaning I can move objects or people with my mind, and I can project my thoughts to others. I can project my voice, or even a full reality into a person's mind to make them think my illusions are real" his voice said, though his lips did not move. "it's because of those illusions that I got most of my nicknames. I rarely need to use my telekenisis" he said.

"220lbs." She grinned.
