MC nodded, continuing to walk through the halls.

Ben did as well, staying at her side, though, just incase her shots bounced back as Brute Shots occasionally did.

MC continued until they came into the area where the rest of the ODSTs were fighting back Brutes.

"Duty calls." He said, charging forward into the fray.

MC nodded, firing from a distance.

Ben returned with about four ODST's, one of his arms limp at his side, blood leaking out of it.

MC looked over at him, "What happened?" she asked.

"Spike grenade." He said. "The spikes missed, somehow, but the blast got me."

MC nodded, handed off her Brute Shot, and took him away from the battle, "Let me see it."

"I'm fine." He said reluctantly, though following her.

He paused for a moment and sighed, offering his arm.

MC looked it over, pushing off his jacket to expose his arm.

He had a chuck of shrapnel lodged in it, along with some pretty fierce burns.

MC carefully removed the shrapnel, running some cool water over the wound.

He winced a bit, looking at her.

MC carefully wrapped the arm, "You'll probably need to see the medic afterword. SPARTANs only are taught basic first aid."

"Same here. But, thanks." He said.

He lifted his gun up with his good arm and nodded a bit. "Well, lets go kick some covenant a**!"

He smiled and nodded, entering the basses halls once more.
