| It's killer. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at eight AM. Negetivity-ten push ups per negative comment, and if you're late, you have to do ten push ups per minute. And Friday is track day. That's running in 95+ degrees. |

| Yeah, I saw the Farah thing on MSN, it's sad. But, the conditioning thing is like the Wii Fit, except it's run by Nazis, you have to do a ton of work, and you wake up in the morning feeling like you got hit by a car after the first week. But it's better now. |

| Yeah. But one of my friends started it a week after me so it's worse for him. He called me the day after and said, "Adrian... I can't move...." to which I relpied, "Ha ha, sucks for you, Friday's track day!"
