Zane laughed, "Deal."

"Whoa baby...I'm cold."
Kyira said as the air conditioning turned on.
"When you have money you can afford the best I assume..."

"Yah." He smiled, "But I'm getting cold, too, so why don't we turn it off?"

"Or get a blanket and make a living room tent!"
Kyira suggested and she hopped up and down excitedly.

"Or that." Zane shrugged, laughing at her silliness. He grabbed a blanket and brought it in.

Kyira sat in the middle of the room,Indian style with a child like grin on her face.
"Oh this is gonna be so cool!"

Zane built a fort out of the blanket over her so she didn't have to get up, and squeezed in with her, "Is this what you had in mind?" He laughed. He remembered doing this in kindergarten.

"Yeah, but it's not done yet."
Kyira pulled out a bandanna and covered Zane's eyes, disappearing out of the tent shortly after. After a few minutes, some loud banging and one unmistakable sound that was glass breaking, Kyira came back to take off the blindfold. When Zane opened his eyes it was still black, all he could do was hear Kyira's laughing breath and her movements as she fumbled with a light, and the rustle of a plastic bag.

Zane gave her a curious look, "What is that for?"

Kyira mumbled something and threw a soft blob at him. When he found it, he realized it was a marshmallow.
"There!"
Kyira said triumphantly. As she did a light came on that looked like a fire. She had with her chocolate bars, a bag of marshmallows, and graham crackers. She had also managed to drag in a few blankets and about 10 pillows.

Zane laughed, "I was afraid you were going to try smoking pot."

"That's only on Thursdays." Kyira said matter of factly as she wrapped a blanket around herself.

Zane faked a shiver, "I'm cold. Can you share the blanket?"

"As soon as you get cold for real," Kyira said with a crooked grin.

Zane frowned, "You could have played along..." he pouted, his silver lip ring sticking out playfully.

"I could,but where's the fun in that?"
Kyira said with a laugh.

Zane chuckled, "You love being difficult, don't you?"

"Always have love"
Kyira grinned.

Zane shrugged, "And I've always been to agreeable for you."

"...Fine..."
Kyira held open the blanket,feeling totally defeated for once.

Zane climbed over next to her, wrapping the blanket around both of them. His body was warm and comforting, a strange mix of the hardness of his muscles and the softness of his skin. "Thank you.' He smiled.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. You better enjoy this while it lasts buster."

Zane smiled and cuddled close to her, "Thank you."

Kyira smiled.
"You're welcome emo kid."

Zane pulled his finger down his cheek like a tear, "Careful, you'll make me cry."
