Underworld: Grudges

"New York City" he said while pouring Claire a glass of the wine

"So an American born and bred?" she inquired.

Vincent walked up behind Bella's hybrid and tapped her shoulder. "You ready to head out?" He asked.

Andrei sat in the middle-most room of his appartment complex, staring at the clock. He had bought the land and kept it as his domain, letting only his followers live there.

The familiar roar of a large bike blew by the basement as Ian and about twelve other bikers sped into town.

Thomas smirked and took a swig of wine "Yep!" he said

Aurlie nodded, "I'm fine. And you?"

Claire nodded, still seeming a bit on edge.

"Just got the tickets." Vincent said, pointing his thumb back towards an airport.

Aurlie nodded, standing, "Where are we headed this time?"

"London airport, then NY, then wherever we end up." He said.

Aurlie nodded, extending her hand to him.

He took her hand and walked towards the stairwell.

Aurlie followed him, the light flashing of the silver pistols she kept strapped to her hips glinting from under her miniskirt.

There was a bang outside and Claire jumped, then was gone in a flash, as though a gunshot had gone off. Sure enough, one of the small windows in the basement had a gunshot through it and a silver bullet was embedded in the wall right behind her. One of the small windows on the other side of the basement was now open, where she had run through.

((Heads up, silvers just as potent as lead to vampires.))

Vincent smiled at her a bit and touched the end of one of the guns, pushing it back up and under. "You really think we're going to get through airport security with you flashing those?"

"I'll put them up before we get there..." she pouted lightly.

Claire breathed deeply, trying to gather herself. She started to take a step back, then felt someone behind her. She froze like a statue.

He nodded a little bit as he walked with her towards the airport.

((I was going to have one of your characters behind Claire...))

Aurlie followed him, seeming a little more gloomy than usual. Almost pouting.

((Oh, sorry. One sec.))
"You okay? What's wrong?" He asked.

Ian stood still and looked down at Claire. "Lookie what I found." He said, balling up and releasing his fist.

Claire turned around quickly, holding up her hands defensively, "I'd rather not resort to violence."

Aurlie looked up at him, "You've been seeming distant lately... I can't help but wonder... you know, if you don't trust me."

"Fine, stand still then." Ian said, his lips pulling up into a grin as he began to roll his jacket off of his shoulders and crack his knuckles.

"What do you mean? Of course I trust you." He said, hugging her and kissing her cheek softly.

Aurlie smiled lightly, satisfied by just that.

Claire closed her eyes, "Don't make me do this..."

He took her hand, smiling at her as he lead her towards the airport.

Ian grinned. "I thought I had smelt a few bats." He said, his body begining to shift into his lycan form.

Aurlie followed him, still holding onto his hand.

Claire gritted her teeth and clenched her fists. She was prepared to fight if need be.

Vincent stood outside of the doors. "And your guns?"

Ian roared and drew his fist/hand/paw back, before sweeping it forward.

((Claire is a vampire... It is nightfall... Or at least that's what I thought.))
Claire grabbed his fist/paw as it swung at her, tossing him over her shoulder.

Aurlie sighed, crushing them in her hands so they looked like Christmas tree ornaments, then stuck them in her purse.

((My bad, I assumed it was daytime.))
Vincent smiled a bit. "Very nice."

Ian grabbed Claire's arm from where she had grabbed him and swung her across the room into a wall. Hard.

Andrei stepped in the open doorway, his revolver gleaming in the dim lights. "Hey." He said to Claire and Ian, mostly to get Ian's attention.
