The medic came out and took her into the infirmary.

He smiled and nodded. "See yah soon." He said before returning to his dead comrad, seeing to it that he got a proper burial.

A while later, MC was sitting on the ground outside of her bunker, reading an old book, her arm pretty much taped to her side with all the bandages over her shoulder.

"Watcha reading?" Ben asked, smiing a bit as he walked up. "Turn out all right?"

"The Pit and The Pendulum." MC said simply, then closed the book, looking up at Ben, "As well as it could. No permanent damage, though my left arm is... incapacitated for the next few days."

"Tremendously." She agreed, "I'm out of commission for battle until this heals up, too. Though that shouldn't take too long."

He nodded. "Ouch. I'd stay out with yah, but that's not really up to me."

MC nodded, "I know. I'm supposed to pick one of the other SPARTANs to kind of take over in my place until I'm well enough to step back in."
