@Emo: I was at that athletic conditioning thing and we were "Cooling down," so one of the things we did was pulling a 25lb. weight up to our chin. Last week I did that with a 35lb. weight so I guess I overestimated it.

I was using free weights. I'm pretty good with the actual equipment.

Um... Free weights like something that isn't attatched to any sort of rig or weight-lifting machine. Like dumbells, or a chunk of iron with a handle.
