They are. Hence the "German band singing a song in Spanish" note under the video. But I think that's awesome that their vocalist can speak Spanish and German, or at least pronounce the Spanish words correctly if he isn't actually bilingual(SP?). I mean, with a German accent, I think that would be kind of difficult.
