Addy tore into the food, eating like she hadn't eaten in weeks.

Jason chuckled a bit and stood up a little shakily, moving so he could sit under the tree nearby. figures, he saves her life, hardly even gets a thanks, someone gives her some mixed nuts and raisins and they get loved. He leaned back against the tree, still feeling a bit weak from the remains of the virus.

Addy looked over at Jason and held out a hand full of the trail mix, "Want some?"

Addy held her hands over her ears and howled as a ear-splitting sound like nails on a chalkboard pierced the air, "God! What is it this time?!"

Nines flinched and covered his ears.

Addy stood up, and took her hands off of her ears, trying to find the sound.

Nines watched, though he didn't remove his hands from te side of his head.

Addy bent down in some weeds, blood dripping from her ears slowly, and pulled out a tape recorder, hitting the stop button. "Things just aren't going well for me today, are they?" She said softly.

"What the hell is so,ething like that doing out here?" Nines asked, slowly removing his hands from his ears.

Addy nodded, "Normally I'd track the scent immidiately, but..." She trailed off, looking at her arm.

"All right, give me a second." Nines said, sliping out of his clothes and into his wolf form. He sniffed the tape recorder, and began to follow the scent.
