When Syrus entered the room, silence had fallen. Carlisle had a puzzled look on his face. Rosalie was furious; she hated werewolves. Alice and Jasper were calm as usual. Esme and Jasper was whispering back in forth between themselves. Finally, Alice got up and walked over to Syrus and said "Hi, my name is Alice!" in a very pleasant tone.

Belle paused for a second, as if rewinding the past second in her mind, her hand touching her cheek lightly where he had kissed her, not sure if it had actually happened or not. Did this mean that Edward had feelings for her? They had always been friends, but this was... unexpected, to say the least. Belle had always loved him, she had known that, but she never expected any affections from her to be returned, so she had gotten used to simply being a friend. She shook her head to try and clear her thoughts, knowing Edward could hear them, then joined the others in the main room.

"Don't say anything" Edward whispered when Belle had entered the room. He could tell that she was throughly confused. But who wouldn't i mean, Edward never showed affection toward somebody like that before. But alas, Belle was a completely different story

Before Belle could say a word, Rosalie lunged after Syrus with a sharp knife. No one tried to stop her, because everyone was in shock of what was happening. Everyone had known Rose had hated werewolves. As for killing them, she didn't seem like she would do something like that. It was like she was flying through the air slow motion with the knife in hand. The knife hit Syrus in the head sending a sudden gusher of blood shoot out of his head. The incredible wooden floor was suddenly ruined by the blood stains. A slight whimper came from Alice and Jasper who looked almost sick.
"Don't you ever bring a filthy mutt into our house again" Rosalie said through her teeth.

Belle held one hand over her mouth in surprise, her eyes fixated on the body on the floor, "My god..." she whispered softly and in a detached tone, as though she wasn't aware she spoke. Belle had always been a quiet one, always trying to be as kind as possible to everyone. Such an outright display of hostility was something so foreign to her she didn't know how to respond.

Edward looked over at Belle who looked heartbroken. "Belle...you okay?" Edward asked in a generous tone.

Belle looked down at her feet, pushing her bangs out of her face, "Y-yeah... I-I think I should be fine..." he voice was little more than a whisper, and it was obvious she was not as fine as she seemed to think she was going to be. She took a couple of deep breaths, "I think I might need to step outside for a second."

"Lets step outside then" Edward said while walking toward the door. Belle had followed him. Edward opened the door to smell the spring air. Edward had always loved the outside. But not as much as he liked Belle. Belle was a completely different story. "Shall we?" he asked while gesturing outside

Belle nodded a bit, stepping outside. She exhaled deeply, taking in the scent of the forest around them. She could smell it all at once; the scent of the pine trees, the soft exhaling of the plants letting loose a gentle green scent that calmed her shaking nerves. This was one of the things she loved most about being a vampire. That she could feel the area around her so much better. She could see things she never thought she'd see, hear things she never thought she would hear, smell what she thought had no scent, and touch things that had forever seemed untouchable. She sometimes felt so fantastical, it was like nothing on earth could ever bring her back down... Nothing except for Edward. But, she supposed he did that to everyone.

Edward giggled while she read Belle's mind. She was defiantly someone who loved being a vampire. Edward on the other hand, he didn't care for it to much. He didn't like the ideal of living forever . Or at least until another vampire rips your head off, but that's besides the point. Mortality was a very precious thing to Edward and he would trade anything to be a mortal again. But sadly, he was a animal-blood sucking monster. "You need to sit down" Edward finally said after a short amount of silence.
