Alright, this one's a two parter.

1.) In the early 2000's (not going to say which year) Davey Havok recorded an album as the lead singer of a band other than AFI. What was that band?

2.) In 2000, Davey was asked to become lead singer for one of his favorite bands. Name that band (different from #1). (also, you get mucho bonus points if you can give Davey's reason for saying no.)

1.) Son of Sam. Davey wrote and and recorded they lyrics for their first album, Songs From The Earth.

2.) Davey was asked to be the lead singer of one of his favorite bands, the Misfits. He declined because a.) he was not asked by the original lead singer, Glen Danzig, he was asked by their record company, and b.) he said he would not leave AFI because it was his own band.
